Sometimes, certain songs just have the lyrics that best described how you're feeling at this point in time of your life.
It all boils back to that same old principle...
cherish people when they deserved to be, not when they are gone.





Term break has started. Gotta start improvise on my new dietary plan. My new plan shall be no carbs & sugared fluid. But I don't think that gonna include Milo because I need to have it to kickstart my day. It's my caffeine.

I stick to my rigid plan of minimising my intake of all 3 meals(eating 2/3 of what i usually consume) & to my utmost dismay, I only managed to shed off one kg off my whole body mass.

That's what I got for like...having someone tied a knot in my stomach for a week. And not to mention repulsion. My so-called brilliant plan is not working for me, at all. Actually it do, 1 kg. That's all.

Reset my biological bodyclock(tried egging to bed at 10pm nightly) and do actually feel more healthy! Hah. Specially get my lazy ass off bed & hit the pool for a swim and some tanning this morning. I do get tanner? Tanner, in my gist, means red. Like a freshly-steamed lobster.

Yay, my post ended.

So mundane.

I still finish half a packet by the way. I purely grossed out thinking how much oil I am eating.

Just what can I do to ctrl my muthafucking mouth from eating unnecessary JUNKS!?
